Appearance
Analytics
The Analytics tab gives you a per-community view of activity over time. Numbers are eventually consistent with a 5-minute aggregation window.
Overview cards
The top of the page shows headline metrics with sparklines for the selected date range:
- Members — total and net change.
- Posts — new posts created in the community.
- Replies — replies on posts in the community.
- Reactions — total reactions across community content.
- Active members — distinct users who posted, replied or reacted in the window.
Time-series charts
Toggle between daily, weekly, or hourly granularity:
- Activity — posts + replies + reactions stacked.
- Membership — joins / leaves / net.
- Embed traffic — widget boots / opens / interactions (only shown if you have embed configs).
Date range defaults to last 7 days; switch to 30 / 90 / custom.
Top content
- Top posts in the date range, ranked by reactions + replies.
- Top replies — same, restricted to reply nodes.
- Top tags — hashtags trending inside the community.

Top contributors
Members ranked by:
- Posts authored
- Replies authored
- Reactions received (across their content in this community)
Useful for spotting power users and potential moderator candidates.
Embed surface breakdown
If you have embed configs, you get a tab showing:
- Boots per config per day.
- Top host pages — which URLs are driving widget traffic.
- Conversion — % of boots that turn into opens, % of opens that turn into interactions.
- Avg time-to-first-reply for new threads spawned via the widget.
Embed-only activity stays out of shared Social rollups, discovery/ranking signals, and public-facing profile statistics. Config-scoped Embed metrics and private community-owner insights may include authorized isolated activity; those reports do not make the underlying content available through ordinary Social feeds, search, profiles, notifications, or SEO.
Cohorts
A retention table shows: of members who joined in week N, what % are still active by week N+1, N+4, N+12. Useful for measuring whether new community programs are sticky.
Exporting
The header has an Export CSV button that snapshots whatever's currently filtered. The export includes:
- Raw daily aggregates for all metrics in range.
- A separate tab (when downloaded as XLSX) for top content and top contributors.
Data retention
We keep raw events for 18 months and aggregated daily metrics indefinitely. If you need raw event-level access for compliance, get in touch.
Comparison mode
Use the Compare toggle to overlay the previous period of the same length onto every chart. Quick way to spot week-over-week or month-over-month trends.
Limitations
- Real-time dashboards refresh every 5 minutes — not instant. For sub-minute fidelity, use widget events (Events) routed into your own analytics.
- Per-user breakdowns (drill into a single member's activity timeline) are not yet available.
- We don't surface IP-level data in the admin UI for privacy reasons.
