Templates and brand kits

The Embed dashboard includes a community-owned Templates and brand kits library. Select an existing configuration and save its layout as a template or its theme and accent color as a brand kit.

A template preserves its saved language and creates a new draft. Its publication, identity, and access settings must be reviewed before publishing. Brand kits apply to the selected embed. Library entries remain owned by their original community. Review a template's Embed language under Appearance → Language before publishing the new configuration.

Installation diagnostics

Open Deploy → Installation diagnostics for an embed. Check configuration checks publication, community Embed access, configured policy, and recorded activity.

Enter the URL of an installed page and choose Check live page to inspect the loader and its runtime on that page. Allow the page-check window to open. The check reports to the dashboard without modifying the website. If the page does not reply, verify the script installation, content security policy, and browser popup restrictions.

An installation check does not sign in as a visitor or bypass community access rules. Test the customer's normal sign-in flow separately.

Portable imports

The import tool accepts Disqus archives and mapped CSV/JSON exports, including content exported from Circle. Review the column mapping and preview before starting an import. A Circle export must contain the source identifiers and content required by the selected mapping; export formats can differ.

Imports use a compatible discussion configuration and create normal Zeeker comments under the matching discussion. Source attribution, parent relationships, and timestamps are retained. Import progress is persisted in small batches so a job can resume. Reusing the same archive identity and source record identifiers avoids importing those records twice. Archived records do not generate new-activity subscription notifications.

Imported material follows the target community and configuration's access boundary. Importing a record does not grant its original author a Zeeker account or verify ownership of that person's identity.

Embed statistics

Per-configuration statistics support a custom UTC date range of up to 90 days, comparison with the preceding equal-length period, and daily CSV export. Historical windows that predate retained data are marked incomplete. Increasing retention cannot restore data already removed by an earlier release.

These remain aggregate statistics. They do not introduce visitor identification or host-page conversion tracking.
